I get a stiff neck that crunches and hurts to tilt ! when I rub my neck on the left side it sends shooting pains up my neck into my ear . Can anyone else relate ?

Ok thank u! I work full time in a call centre for British Gas an it exhausts me but I can’t afford to go part time but I’ve had lots of odd days off where I can’t cope with the pain. I applied for pip hoping I could go part time so I can manage the condition but they declined me . I just can’t cope an nothing stops the pain
