Back pain help

Hey everyone, I've just joined as I'm struggling a lot at the moment.

Just wondering, does anyone else get mid to upper back pain? It's more of an ache. It's getting unbearable when I do anything now and it's scaring me.

Yes, I have it everyday. I have like a sunburn feeling too. I don't have to do much and am in so much pain. Everywhere aches, arms and legs like lead weights, list is endless. X

Good morning , hope you are feeling ok!! This is how o feel when I feel when I have a flare up, have bad back pain that appear to move from mid to upper back with a dull ache inside if that makes sense . Just rest and it will settle down eventually but not found a miracle cure yet!! It gets me down but keep thinking positive it will pass . Take care x

Hi, have higher thoracic that goes up trough the neck. If I stay upright it causes severe headaches. Very hard to deal with. As someone mentioned before it starts with a deep burning sensation that goes deeper all the way causing the headaches. Very hard to deal with.
