Mandatory Reconsideration Won

Hi All,

I have been awarded Standard rate for Daily living finally after all the paperwork being incorrect by DWP.

Do I get back pay from when my last pip ended? January 2019

As it did state in the letter awarded from 8th April?

I thought this had to be backdated to the date of the original decision? This would be January 2019.

The letter also stated I have changed the original decision and awarded you!!

Thanks

Neil

That's great news, they should backdate it.

Do you mind if I ask how long you had to wait ( I've been waiting 5 weeks ) also did you send any additional evidence?

Chuffed for you 👍🏻
