Yet another Flare!

I’m sure lots of you relate to how I feel now and I do wish that no one else has to feel the way that I do. However, I know that many of you do and for this I am sorry that I am moaning. Like many of you my life had ground to an almost halt. Since Christmas I have been struggling to get out of bed and I’m barely functioning. The pain level is so high and I’m so tired and generally unwell. I want so much to be able to see my family and friends but I’m just not up to it. I have grandkid childcare commitments which cause me so much stress. I do want to be a good mum and granny but all I see is my life going down the tube. I so hope that today those reading this are having a better day and that the sun shines on you all.

It is so tough being in flare mode is awful as just the slightest movement or exertion is so painful and tiring. Thinking of you.x
