healthunlocked.com/fibromya..., morning sorry to read this but I would differently push now for an appointment and if you cannot get your doctor ask for practice nurse has they are very good, you ve been in pain for 3/4 of this year and with the cold weather setting in that can make pain worse. So hopefully they can review you again as a present your meds are not helping, take care, I’ve posted a link above if you would like to lock your posts x

why did you stop tramadol hun- did they work or was it addiction you worried about? I too couldnt tolerate pregab and gabapent and revereted to tramadol with paracetamol which have worked for some time now, I also attend hydrotherapy weekly..

Hi, I can't tolerate pregabalin or duloxitin. My GP has put me on 50mg Palexia SR. The Dr I saw today for a home visit told me it has similar ingredients in it as Tramadol which I prefer. Both have that bezentine? in it and can be addictive. The Palexia SR has helped dull the pain but I take 2 x 50mg and 1x 30mg panadein forte. When I am in excruciating pain the last thing on my mind is "is it addictive?"

Having said that, I am careful to take this medication only when I see the pain is going to become out of control. It's better to take the medication when I first feel the onset of pain. If I wait, it's too late and the pain becomes unresponsive to whatever medication I throw at it. It's pure torture then.

I do hope you find meds that work. This is simply not doable without medication.

Severadol is a short acting Morphine.I have had it in the past for break through pain. I am on Zoomorph which is a Slow release Morphine which lasts 12 hrs. The best-Chemical/Prescription pain releif I had was from The Butrans patch which eeks a bit of Morphine into your body transdermally and gives you constant pain releif.

BUT-The best releif I'm having now is from also taking CBD oil.Its really topped up my pain regime and I've been able to reduce the Morphine and stop the pre GAbilin and Pramipaxole.

HAve a search around.Theres loads of advice on taking CBD on here
