Hello everyone hope you are all managing your pain now we are into winter🙄 I'm in the middle of a dreadful flair up brain fog is almost impossible to manage a decent conversation I find I'm unable to follow proper conversation without losing the thread,then trying to join in with the conversation I run into a blank mid sentence oh its driving me doo blinking lalli eeeekk my hubby came home from work the other night after being home a couple of hours he popped his head around the door and enquired what's for tea?? Are we not having any tonight? Me vacant look 🤯 I completely forgot to make dinner how could I forget we hadn't eaten oooh I was mortified I had to make do with a sandwich as it was too late to start cooking at such a late hour. ....new brain please... ☺😏 is anyone else as bad as me lol xx

I told the girls at work I was going to a wedding instead of "going to lunch"

They know me well and just replied "don't think much of the outfit!"

I have driven into a driveway thinking it was my house and sat there wondering who had painted my house pink.

I have stared at the oven knowing I need something before taking dinner out of it but not remembering I needed oven gloves and promptly burned myself quite badly.

We all do daft stuff like putting the milk in the oven and such like - all part of the fibro brain

I have just learned to laugh - no point doing anything else

Somebody else who has the same days i have,, I wonder if you have told your g.p about this? I asked mine to check me for Alzheimers I felt so bad last winter, this year I am just foregtting to take my meds or cannot remember if I have taken them so I am asking g.p for pills in dossette box, I get break thru pain which is not fibro related but my fibro pain relief used to help, I too get into a right mucking fuddle!!!
