Morning everyone not such a good day really stiff and sore, does anybody’s muscles in the fore arm get loads of knots and ache a lot?? Tried to lift something not that heavy and I couldn’t 😞

my arms and legs always feel heavy when I try using them. my legs feel like jelly and have to be careful stepping down or over things. xx
