My doctor prescribes opiates for my fibromyalgia and I use hot water bottles I have inflammation in both knees hips and waiting for my new wheelchair is going to be electric

Hi Lene-Alice I have taken tramadol for a while now, I am able to reduce my dosage from 4 a day to 3 when I,m good so that i can up again when I,m not, I have paracetamol with them to take the edge off pain, I havnt got to stage of a mobility scooter but i have a walking frame on 4 wheels with a seat and basket, is it really fibro that has knocked you off your feet? How did you get so bad? any help offered from medics at all?

My joints are unstable and I have hyper mobile joints that makes walking hard plus fibro pain and endless inflammations

Are you offered any physio or maybe hydrotherapy to help with pInfull areas,,you should be,,beware of the hot water bottle this can cause inflammation ,just a warm wTer water or maybe Tens machine?
