Hi everyone.

I am new to this, having literally signed up about 5 minutes ago.

I have arthritis in my hands, spine and feet, plus a healthy dose of Fibromyalgia sprinkled on top. Lol

I have Buprenorphine patches, naproxen and cocodamol for the pain. It takes the edge off, but today my feet were hurting, so wondered if anyone knew where I could get replacement ones that don't hurt anymore? Lol

welcome Momoafan, you will find not many people around this time on a Friday, so will be a bit slow anyone responding, but every one on here a lovey and friendly. Have you also got fibromyalgia? You certainly have a lot of pain to cope with. juliex

nope, not found that shop yet otherwise I would have been first in the queue! Anyway, welcome to this friendly group of pain-ridden people, complain, laugh, cry but you will get gentle hugs and friendly advice back

Hi there like dizzytwo says welcome , I hope you enjoy chatting with members a good place to share stories and helpful tips as well, I hope someone can be of help with this. We seem to have a sprinkle of mixtures don’t we as if fibro wasn’t enough. X
