hi all my name is alli iv had fibromyalgua over 1 year in constant pain and discomfort iv tryed hydrotherapy it made my pain worse im from the west mids would love to chat or meet people that are suffering just like me than and gentle hugs

Hello there,welcome from another fibromite,I'm from north Ayrshire and diagnosed two years or three ago,I pay not much attention to the dates cause I never remember 😸 anything of what I want to ,do you have same bother?what is hydrotherapy again?you should be able to find out on here if there's fibromyalgia meetings in your area just ask administration about how to.

Hi Alli' glad to know you. I have fibro. Have had it since 1994. If there are things you would like know about what others are going through with it. There are always a lot of of people on here. Hi, what a shame that hydrotherapy did not help you.I go to hydro every week and I swear that is what keeps me mobile and helps immensly with the pain. Have you tried a tens machine, that may help you. Different therapies are out there,you have to experiment and find what works for you. I hope you find something that helps. Good luck
