Hi, sorry what is PACE/GET?
Could you find out if there are any sessions o f hydrotherapy in your area or close by? that is a wonderful treatment for fibro, OA RA and any bone, muscle or tissue pains,I had 6 on NHS then joined a self help group weekly..you will meet people with similar illnesses, make new friends and talk to people who know what you are suffering.
