The pain in my arms is so bad this morning 😖went to the pool for a float to see if that helps. But no it’s worse, I struggled to swim 🏊♂️ one length thank god it’s not a deep pool and I could touch the bottom 😂or they would have been rescuing me 😂😂x

Oh dear I'm sorry you're in so much pain, have you got a heat pad or even a hot water bottle you could put on your arms, I find that really helps.
Will give that a try thanks x
