Personal Independence Payment (PIP) is money for people who have extra care needs or mobility needs (difficulty getting around) as a result of a disability.

There are two parts called components, the daily living component and the mobility component. You may qualify for one or both of them.

It is not the illnesses you have but how it affects you on a daily basis that determines wheth we you receive it or not.

Gov.uk has more details about claiming.x

Personal Independence Payment (PIP) helps with the extra costs of disability or long-term health conditions for people aged 16 to 64.

It is a non-means tested benefit. So getting it doesn’t matter how much you earn, or whether you have savings or capital.

Attack’s of what mate ?

If you have only had 3 'attacks' or what i call flare up's in 12 years i would be questioning if you've been diagnosed correctly as fibromyalgia causes pain awful pain most days and an awful lot more than 3 times in 12 years
