Hi all,

So on Sunday, as well as sleeping 5/6 hours on Saturday night I then slept a large portion of the day. Then last night I got home from work, hellped a bit with the daughters then fell asleep from 8 until 1.30, then 2 until 7. It's the most sleep I've had in ages, yet today I feel completely stoned and wiped out, with trembling hands and legs too, with a cotton wool brain to top it off!

Anyone else feeling this today? Symptoms snap!

Your body must of really needed the sleep, it's frustrating when you don't feel better afterwards though, unfortunately pain is my problem today.

Sounds a bit like me, my g.p tried me on some beta blockers for high blood pressure which wiped me out for hours, trouble is slept well beyond the time to take opiate pain releif, that gives off jitters, shakes, and trembling, i beleive its called withdrawal symptoms,, you on anything like that??

No, just Tramadol as and when. Fluexotine (I've just forgotten how it's spelled) daily. All other painkillers are over the counter.
