Hi guys feeling really disheartened today. I’m 37 and have barely got a life for this pain. So sick of it. Just don’t see the point. I know this feeling will pass but I hate it.

Hi pugwash I know the feeling I'm 40 n feel I can't go through anymore of this I was diagnosed 3yrs ago and feel I've aged 30 yrs. Don't go out anymore as my spasms are really bad I'm lucky if I have 1 day a week without twitchen. But hey ho we have been dealt this hand bcoz we are strong people and we will learn to cope with it. I gave my self a kick up the a**e today n thought there are worse off than me but I get where you are coming from think just having bad day n it will pass. Onwards and upwards. Know how you feel but don't give up. There must be something or someone you can think about and live for. You are not alone and we must try to support each other as this illness is so horrible with little understanding. Keep going, you can get through this. Take care

I know how you feel.Im 43 but feel 90 at times. We just all need to keep strong&stick together.

Hi pugwash80 I have had Fibro for mega years and I feel exactly the same. Maybe an admin should not say this it may not look too supportive to some. But I understand I do get it and I'm no different from anyone else.

I do think been part of an understanding group can really help and benefit everyone.

Please know your not alone and we all understand if many others may not. I do hope you enjoy the rest of your evening 🤗🤗 xx

Just because your admin Momo doesn't mean you don't feel the same as other sufferers sometimes. Also having the courage to admit it and share on the forum is supportive as it shows empathy with members. xxx

It's so awful when those feelings start surfacing. When that happens I try to focus on things I am proud of and all the people that care about me. We are all here for support when you need us and all know those horrid feeling so well.

It will pass my love but I know when you're in the midst of it, you feel there's no end in sight. As you can see many of us can understand how you feel so we are here to listen and to send you lots of virtual hugs. xxx

It so horrible and just make you feel even more depressed, Go speak to your Gp see if they can give higher pain relief, morphine patches for couple weeks just to give your mind rest x

I feel your pain also. You are not alone.

Try to listen to some easy listening music or watch a good movie. Take deep slow release breaths.
