Yes I was in support group and on PiP and still got one, had to go for face to face assessment as well.
Ask for it to be recorded they sort it but you have to ask.
Don't worry mine was fine and got the answer within 7 days.
Still in support group.

Hi just been through it all they put me in support group.
Took my friend with me they spoke alot for me.
Write your bits down on paper before doing form then get someone to go through it with you
Living in flats i always get the ole chestnut about stairs everytime i just say we have 2 lifts! which we do.
there is an online help thing that gives you the layout and points etc
Not sure what area your living in to seek help?

Thank you I'm not very good at speaking when I go to assessments I freeze up when I want to get my point across I have medical letters and all that I'll send that in thankyou
