Going to try notice injections in my left shoulder. I'll try anything!

I've been on Baclophen for muscle spasms for a couple of years. It is effective for that problem. Not really a pain med but can be useful for FM-related muscle discomfort, I have found.

It's not working pain wise for me and if I take with codeine I go a bit gaga!

Hi ZoBo. Yes I take Baclofen. I have for a couple of years now. It is really good for loosening the muscle tension in my neck, back and shoulders.

I would give them a go if they are being suggested to you, you can only try them and see how they work for you. X x

Not working for me on any level

I use it as a muscle relaxant as opposed to pain relief, I'm taking it at the moment for god-awful TMJ pains and tight muscles in my neck & shoulders. Pain relief for me right now is Dihydrocodiene.

Not working for me in any respect. Got to be careful with codeine as that type makes you sleepy also wouldn't take more than two a day personally. Good before you go to bed.
