Nausea

Been diagnosed with fibro for 12 months, after having symptoms for past 3 years. At moment if I have any food it seems like to stay in throat and makes me sick. Anyone having the same?

Not quite the same but I do get it for most of the morning. I have to be up a good few hours before I can stomach anything.

I'm sure you'll find this community both supportive and informative, as members share their experiences in the hope it will help others.

It sounds like there may be other reasons for the feeling food is getting stuck. Have you considered mentioning this to your GP? Are there any other symptoms? It could be any number of things.

Yes I have been there too with the nausea and burning pain in my stomach. I’m on protonix and phenergan prn (as needed for the nausea). I have a long history with this problem but don’t have the time right now so short version GERD, Barrett’s esophagus, and ulcerative colitis are the GI diagnosis list. Oh almost forgot esophageal spasms. Got to take car in for oil change.
