Degenerated fibroids

Hello i have 2 fibroids they are 9.5 cm and 14.5 CMS i call them Dior and Bif.my abdomen looked as big as 22 weeks pregnancy. They degenerated twice. The last time i lost 7lbstraight away.since then i have lost 21lb by cutting down on sugar,my fibroids are growing again.please help
