Tired And Sore

My back feels so sore, like sunburn. struggling to keep my eyes open too. Teach me to play short mat bowls 2 nights in a row. Not giving it up. Can't work and I need my hobbie I have had for 28 years.

I'm much the same with horse riding, I only pootle about now & I feel worse after, but it's so important to me I won't give it up. Don't give it up, just rest up after & I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks. You too. I bet horse riding does make you hurt big time. Everything is sore today, even my eyes. We have to keep doing our hobbies or we will have nothing to live for. xx
