I’ve been on it a few weeks this past Sunday and Monday I though it was making a big difference pain wise but these last two days have been really tough even to get out of bed. So I’m going to give them a longer chance but I guess everyone’s different.

I have been taking them for 3 weeks feel no different pain still there. Does help with bowl movements though. Don't think really anything helps. Still have spasm and wake in morning feeling like my bones are crushing even through it my muscles . Am on pregablin and pain killers just seem they keep it at bay as better then I was few months ago , still get pain at night and stiffness in morning . I swim yoga excercise in gym , next day or that evening my back feels like it broken can't move my legs and arms . Ohhhhh such drag. Just have to get on with it.

My doctors did mention to me that people who take antacids or pills like lansaprazole (I do) should not take turmeric. Can’t remember fully what he said, but I do remember him saying that it could react and cause more stomach acid. I did buy some on Holland and Barrett but because of what he said I haven’t taken any

Hope that helps

I couldnt take Pregabalin, I had horrendous side effects. My GP prescribed a Morphine patch. 5 micrograms had no affect but a 10 one is doing really well. I now have oral morphine, small amount for breakthrough pain which I am being carefull with, only taking if my eyes are watering!!

Tramadol et al had no affect as you all probably know.

Good luck with you journey to pain relief. It is so elusive but such a blessing when it works!

⚽️ ❤️

If you are taking the capsules I found they don’t work but if you buy powered turmeric I teaspoon in half a cup of warm milk add black pepper and drink it it is much more likely to be of more use for pain relief I cannot take it as I would like as I have afib and on an anticoagulant but if I take it like I said once a day for a couple of days then it definitely helps with my nerve pain I then leave it of for a week then take it again not the best way and for me it’s usually the next day after I take it I feel good so it might be worth you trying it this way
