Evening and welcome as I see this is your 1st post it might help to lock your future post/posts as it will normally generate more responses from our members as only they can see and not open to all of the internet. Here's the link. healthunlocked.com/fibromya... As it is not something I'm familiar with I'm hoping members with the same conditions will respond to you . Is it something you have had running along side with the fibro for long ?? Look forward to reading your future posts x

Hi , I have CTS and have had it in both wrists since 70s . I've had a few operations to decompress but sadly I left it too late for my left hand and my thumb and 2and a half fingers have remained numb and tingle. My best advice to you is to get a decompression as soon as possible. Don't leave it until the operation won't work as I did.

I'm having problems with both shoulders down to my wrist, hands, and fingers. Most days I'm in sooo much pain. Lately I've been seeing a chiropractor, but it's not really helping.

I must be just blessed with a great surgeon(Mr Butt). He has over 4/5 years fixed both my rotator cuffs i.e. both shoulders. I had to work at physio post op but so far all is well. I can swim without pain and deal with walking sticks. Carpel tunnel was not a great success from another area of UK. I did not get nerve conductivity test before op and some therapist stated that the op was not the cause of the pains! This failure led to me losing my job and further issues which I now know was Fibro. I had symptoms long before this mess-up of an op.
