Hi all finally I am not mad just got diagnosis of fibromyalgia after 2years of tests neurologists physio prays Mris brain scandals actually glad to find a reason now to find out more and start living again if possible maybe a bit slower x

I can understand the difficulties in getting diagnosis and the frustration you feel during this time as mine also took 2 yrs before I was told I have Fibromyalgia. During this time, I did wondered what the heck was wrong and also doubted myself occasion .....especially when test come back OK!

Now you have a diagnosis you can become an informed patient to work towards controlling the symptoms as best you can. It might be worth visiting the FMAUK website as it has a wealth of information about Fibromyalgia, see link fmauk.org

I sincerely hope your GP is Fibro friendly and can work with you to find the best treatments that suit you

Welcome and good news now you have your diagnosis , it does take a weight off I found like you was a relief , so slower is good I'm pacing myself today with lots of warm drinks little breaks in between my day , hope to see you around soon xxxx

I think most of us feel the relief that we are not mad when we finally get a diagnosis Luckily it doesn't seem to take as long, it took 7 years before I was diagnosed but that was 11 years ago now. Welcome aboard the fibro boat ! Love you had brain scandals ! I think I'd like one of them !!
