Not a good day cold and the pain in my arms and legs bringing tears to my eyes. Makes you feel so tired and fed up. Trying hard to thinking of something to put a smile on face. 😂

Hi there yes the cold isn't our friend it makes pain to our fibro bodies hurt more so I can see why people get fed up. I've been looking after my 10mth old grandson all morning lifting a lot as he wouldn't settle feel like I be been in a marathon so hot Epsom salts bath very soon, do you try this???
