High doses of painkillers

I've been on 150mg twice a day of MST pregabalin 100mg X2 ammytriptaline 50mg co codàmol 8 a day oramorph 6 x5ml a day.ive had widespread pain since bowels and womb removed 11 years ago.does anyone get sweaty very much and do you have anymore side effects.and is anyone on such an high dose I'm terrified these are going to harm me

My doctor's have said I don't have fybromyalgia I think I do I have pain top to toe my muscles ache im always tired and forget what I'm talking about and very forgetful.
