Pelvic pain, can barely walk

Hi everyone, I'm a 30 year old woman and I have 3 children my youngest is 14 months delivered by c-section, for the past 12 months I have had the most excruciating pelvic pain! I can walk short amounts like from the car to the school gates but then I'm limping in agony on the way back to the car, I can't lift my legs by myself either. If been back and forth to the doctors and I'm being sent for a pelvic ultrasound and an Mri, just recently iv also been having an awful twisting pain when going to the toilet (no2) like my whole bowl is twisting and then the pain goes after a couple of minutes, could this be related? I'm needing to urinate more frequently aswel, does anyone have any idea what could be going in with Me? Thank you in advance for any replies x

Sorry to hear this. I don't want to worry you but I would get checked out for endometriosis. I have both endo and fibro, from what I have found out the two conditions often go together. I have had similar symptoms in my past which I found out was due to endo. I could easily be wrong but worth getting it checked. I also hope they get it sorted out soon and you feel better, take carex

Sorry to hear your in such pain. I had many issues with my tummy and bowls so understand. Write down your symptoms and look to see if there is a patten to the pain when you walk.or go to the toilet this will help your doctors understand why this is happening. Listen to what you body is telling you. It's always hard with young children but you must do things slowly for now and push for these tests to be done quickly. Ask your GP what pain killers would help till you have some results. Big hug.

Hello Carla3

Sorry to hear you are experiencing so much pain and I hope the investigations the GP has referred you for will provide help for the Drs to diagnose the issue.

Do you have Fibromyalgia? It sounds like it may be an unrelated issue and it is good your GP has decided to investigate further.

I wondered if you had posted about your pelvic pain on the Pelvic Pain Network community, as members might be able to mention a similar experiences to provide further advice, link below;
