Hi new to site but looking for some info on duloxetine and not sleeping im on 60 mg in the morning but really need a sleep struggling to cope started to feel like a zombie

Yeah was on 7.5 mg ones but still unable to sleep i also have a chronic back illness and oesteoarthritis just cant seem to find a happy medium just constantly shattered 🙄

I take that but not for sleep. It's for a combo of depression and fibro. For sleep I take 1/2 Zolpidem but sometimes my skin itches really bad (not from that) so I take otc Benedryl or Diphenhydramine which is in most allergy meds and sleep aids I've discovered. It does work. Good luck.

Im on duloxetine for fibro n painkillers for my back get zopliclone when i cant sleep but nothing is working i will try what u said n see if it works thanks

You have my sympathy as I too am an insomniac. Zopiclone does give me a few hours but I feel so lethargic the next day not sure whether it is worth it. Hope you at least find something to help you my search is still ongoing.x

I think im needing to go back to docs its so debilitating and draining hope you find something too

Sometimes your doctor can prescribe temazepam for sleeping hope you try it but it's addictive as I was on diazepam but it got the better of me but not on it now but still have painfull sleepless nights I get dihydrocodeine 30 mg for pain but can't sleep properly waiting on operation on my left shoulder after 2 years of torture.
