I saw this on a Facebook thread and one of the pages I follow. Someone very helpfully recommended Dr Sarah Myhill to me when I asked about a good book on the subject a while ago. At around £15 rrp (hard copy I think) I'd been waiting for this to go down in price. Couldn't resist the kindle version yesterday but have yet to start reading it!

This stone age diet some who think it may help with fibro as been around for many years. I knew someone on line who changed over to this way of eating about 9 years ago to help with their fibro so as you can see not really new. I have not tried it myself. Walter L. Voegtlin first made the modern Paleolithic diet popular in the 1970s.
