Hi 👋 irrelevant here back in my sisters again all went 🍐Shaped again see everything I get optimistic I get knocked back down and become irrelevant once again I was very very tired 😴 today in fact exhausted 😩 but had to go to hospital to see a. Clinical physiology 🐹⚙️Couldn't help me yet again 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️What is the point of these people I was sobbing 😭 and in this quiet mouse 🐭 like sqweeky voice we can offer you group therapy because I can see your very distressed 😩 WHAT I can't speak to anyone so again she said I need something to help me sleep 😴 BUT she couldn't prescribe me anything because she is a nurse not a doctor 👨‍⚕️ I just said can I go home 🏡 she said yes I thanked her she was only a young girl so on the way out she gave me a relaxing 😎 DVD of the jungle well I am prepared to give anything ago but if I'd of gotten hold of that ******* parrot id of strangled it relax you 😀😀😂sent me nuts 🥜 I no it must help some people but it failed miserably like everything thing else got to sleep 😴 soz ttfn

DVD doesn't sound like a great success. I have to admit that I have given up with the NHS or rather they gave up on me as in this area fibro is not treated by anyone other than GPs and to be honest they don't know or do much or at least mine doesn't. It's down to me to find out, with the help of the lovely folk here, what works for me. Can't take medication so for me chiropractor, hypnotherapy and healthy diet with no processed foods or refined sugars is what I stick to. Hope you manage to get some rest now.

Don't try the thunder storms then. Yes it would be great if we could take a picture of all the blank looks we get from doctors. As most of the time they don't have a clue what your on about.

Hi 👋 out there just woke up lying in my sisters bed with her we are ladies of leisure today (my sister is off work for a week) she's brought me a ☕️ and a banana 🍌 taking 2 lemsip got a bad cold threw standing in the rain ☔️ to get away from the wife you no that's not my wife I don't no who we both are anymore we are just two different women oh my mum was spot on when you go through the change (menopause)that's exactly what it does we said some horrendous things too each other even attached each other Nike had to come between us and that's just not on he's going through enough he sees too much for a kid my ❤️ goes out to him and his little bro anyway hope everyone has a good 😊 day got to have my brekkie ttfn

Hi Dinkie what is chiropractor ? I am trying with the healthy food my sis and my nephew (one of them )eat healthy so trying to copy them some days I do ok then some days end up like my other neph(crisp butties 🙄).Cant sleep again well in and out still having strange dreams not nice dreams although can't remember them but I don't feel right so I know they are not good.I

am in bad pain again so put my cream on Aloe Heat Lotion soothing massage lotion it really helps me also ice cream (not that ice cream 🍧🙄)it is cold so when I'm having a flush I use the cold cream and when I'm ok I use the heat one love the heat one really soothes me, my sis had bad back tonight after work so I told her to rub a bit on her spine about 20 mins after she said"ooh I can feel that heat gently and my back feels great"

Hi 👋 hope you're doing ok my song on smooth I chose it when I asked my wife to renew of vows last year I don't like tattoos but got it put across my shoulders (very very painful)not as painful as this though can't believe the words you no the way mostly only know the verses you want to well when I actually listened to all the words I just cried and cried it was exactly what was happening in my head and heart ❤️ just gutted I call it now renewal of the bowels when I'm angry 😡 and today I'm angry 😡 miss her so so much can't get out of bed today ttfn
