I have spent the last 16 years working on improving my mental health, now that I have acheived an acceptable level of stability I am ready to work on my weight. I hope this weight loss journey is not as difficult as my mental health journey.

It will be interesting to see/ read the results as do not know. So Good luck on your journey of loosing weight, I keep trying but at the moment, the best I can do is not put on any weight, although I think I did / have lost 1lb.. I feel it's good to have an aim to work for and I had some news today of an event in two years time, so I am aiming on loosing 1 lb minimum and hopefully another 8 ozs as well for that event. My will power is not good.
