Aches and pains please rain go away.
If it's not the damp weather causing extra sensitivity then I'm heading full on into a flare upππ
How do you guys prepare/ cope when a flare up attacks you.

Sorry to hear you feel like going into a flare.
I normally try and get some extra rest time in ... even if it means cancelling plans to allow me to have a pj day.
With winter coming in; I take slow release vit c and zinc to help boost the immune system.
But mainly I just try and conserve my energy as much as possible xxx
Hi there good evening, I think for a lot of us the change in weather is a big factor in starting off a flare I know it is for me. I am the same as Hazel_Angelstar I try and conserve as much energy where ever possible. I also reduce the time I spend on the PC or watching the TV. I find cutting back on as much white noise and distraction helps make my flare up shorter. Distraction helps me a lot like reading even adult colouring books anything that does not need too much brain power and it's something I find enjoyment in xx
