In all the time i had fibo i have pain in feet but never nothink like pain i been having in my feet recenly. Feels like thete broken been going on a couple of months now.

My feet get burning hot and hurt so much sometimes , I do hope yours are starting to feel better now , if not let doctor take a look just in case ..good luck 😉

had fibro for over 20"Years. For ten years plus I had np pain in feet or top of head. Then I got mumps and could hardly stand on my feet because broken foot pain. Its lessened but still terribly painful. I yowlbevery morning when ibstandnon them. I believe I have foot neuropayhy which is damage to nerves in feet.

Ok thanks i had it for over 20 years and have got new smptons along the way we all can have fibo different xsmptons.but this is new with my feet

I sympathise my lovie. I have OA in my hands and feet and they often feel as though my bones are snapping. It's really painful.

Sorry to hear you have this.i think just new smpton for me with fibo just started couple months .

Hello cathy- recently members have struck on Magnesium spray and epsom salt soaks, Ive torn my arch in one foot and my younger sis has Plantar fasciitis- shes doing the foot soak and I spraying my arch, It IS helping.. Keeping feet in warm water (not hot) as often as poss might help you too, BUT make sure with your doc you havent got gout!, my toes underneath feel like they are broken and I want to squeeze them but that makes it hurt more so in the foot bowl they go for a while...

Thanks will check with my doctor have pain in them with fibo but nothink like pain now in my feet just started 2months ago

I had terrible foot pain a couple of weeks ago and a lump appeared under the skin on the sole of one foot.

I have gel insoles ( Superdrug's are on offer & as good as dearer ones) in shoes but not in my slippers. Magnesium flakes in hot water for foot soak, magnesium oil at night and the gel insoles--- lump and most of the pain disappeared 2 days later.
