Try and cut this to a quicker explanation...16yrs DLA , pip came in now I'm on standard and since my last dla award I've now got fibromyalgia and my discs are deteriorating plus other problems.Had my tribunal but from when the doc on panel opened her mouth I knew I'd already lost esp when she asked if I was ok using a sat nav for some mad reason.Anyway end of May 2017 I asked for a statement of reason and its now July and I'm still waiting I phoned and the judge still has it so even if I wanted to appeal to upper it's past 4 wks

Thank you for your kind words and thank you for your help , I've spoken to pip they've said I can put a unplanned pip claim in again but was warned I could end up with nothing but I'm on the lowest already so maybe worth a shot , but don't have much faith in the system now ......I'm not the brightest grape in the bunch regarding politics which this is all about so hopefully I can get advice on how to proceed with this and advise on the unplanned situation
