Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts. I am feeling so much better. That was a nasty flare. Not completely over it but it is manageable.

My dealing with the wakeful tramadol demon... take at 1500 then use paracetamol till early hours and take tramadol top up. Not the answer but at least I get some sleep.

Use a Snoozle which makes turning over easy. Look it up. Well worth having. Mine goes everywhere with me.
