I just want to say to all my Fibro Pals what lovely people you all are. I'm new to this forum but I feel so lucky to have you in my life.You have helped me accept my condition and l know I am not alone anymore .I was in a very dark place but because of your support I feel life isn't that bad.So again Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hi catzndogz. -I have read your previous posts - and this post feels more positive - I too love this site - on a bad day I read posts and do not feel like I am coping alone (hope I have better luck with my pain management appointment. - this illness is awful - but if we pace and try and be positive and try and take one day at a time its better - have a great day. Totally agree with you! It really helps to know that others understand our daily struggles, even if the health professionals are relatively "in the dark" about how to help us. So pleased that you are feeling more positive about life xxx
