Frustrated

Evening fibromyalgia friends, sorry I haven't been on here for a while but I have had so much to deel with lately what with work, personal and my health is down hill far quicker than I wanted as I am back at the hospital in the morning for yet tests for bladder issues and I have also got a trapet in my right shoulder which is making working as caretaker very very pain indeed, and top it all off my eldest daughter leaves home in January taking my six month old granddaughter with her to ex-husbands house and that's where they have been ever since I'm lucky if I get to see them once a month. I also have to be assessed to see if qualifie for physotherapy. And just wished I could have one goodnights sleep. 😡😡

I am sure others share in your experience it is so difficult when dealing with so many things at once sounds like your are under a lot of stress. I would try and speak to the GP about your stress levels sometimes if they are good listener really does help.

I really hope your tests go well and you receive good results and get support from your GP.

I'm sure your granddaughter loves spending time with you and she will grow up knowing she has her wonderful grandparent to visit and have fun times with.

Hopefully the physio comes through and help with not only the pain but also some restful night.
