Today is a very good day! I woke up feeling refreshed and feeling good. I feeling nice like a sugar an spice now.....went to church and we had a very uplifting service, thank the Lord. It's lovely to wake up feeling great.

I agree VonnyM. Sunshine and all is well. My near 1 year old granddaughter sat on dry grass then crawled towards a plastic windmill toy...sheer heaven. Box of flowers from my youngest in USA made my day at 6.30pm today!
