Sorry for not replying.

Hi Everyone , Hope u all had a Good Sleep ,

Im sorry for not replying to all your messages, iv just found out on Friday , iv had Shingles for Nearly a Month, i couldn't understand why my Head was Hurting so much an iv got a Rash all over my Chest , not good when your a Double D , ha ha , iv had a Brain Tumour an im Epileptic ,Migraines , so as soon as im not well , it affects my Head , so annoying , iv been in a Blacked out room since Friday , i can't even Read or watch TV as it affects my eyes.

To the Lovely Lady who's got the Back Problem an sciatica, iv had 8 car accidents were people have hit the rear of my car an i got hit by a car as well , went up in the air .

I completely understand your pain , i have Damaged Dics in 3 places , an Damaged Nerves , iv got a massive Hump at the top of my back , so iv allso got a Disfunctial Cervical Spine .

I take Gabapentin 800mg twice a day , i was on 3 times a day , it works wonders , im Dibetic as well , so i get pain with that .Iv all so got a TENS MACHINE that Fantastic, my mums got one as well .i hope that information will help .
