  • Hi

PIP has nothing to do with ESA its a separate benefit

If you type PIP scores into your browser you will find out how points are awarded and for what

however the scores you feel you should get and what they give you may be worlds apart

I suggest you start collecting medical evidence and a diary before making claim so you are ready.

  • Hi glynbo it's good to see you back on the forum ☺ I'm sorry you are struggling so much at the moment. If you are in constant pain & having difficulty with your mobility you can put in a claim for PIP. and if you need help with the claim form and professional guidance, it's advisable to give your local Citizens Advice Bureau a call because they will help you. The site also has its own benefits adviser 'Janet' follow this link for her contact details. healthunlocked.com/fibromya...

If you are alone, you can also call your social services and ask for a home assessment & they will get an OT to come & assess your needs, you may be entitled to other help if you are struggling so much.

I hope this helps my friend and i hope you soon get some relief from your pain, pls. Let us know how you get on.

    Peace, luv n light
