I've been reading a lot of your posts and the pain of this horrible condition is prevelant in most of them. Although I have pain in my neck, shoulder and collar bones, this newish thing which I can only describe as my thigh and hips feel 'giddy' and don't want to work. I have other symptoms too but does anyone else have these feelings?

I get a lot of pain in my thighs and hips. It seems to be where i feel the most pain at the moment, other than my feet! I can sympathise. All of this combined makes walking such a challenge x
Hi Didoliz I just noticed you have only recently joined us so firstly I would like to welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.
I do also suffer with my hips, extremely painful most of the time, along with my back. My hips also feel like the are giving way & it really makes me limp. A Very high percentage of people with fibro suffer with hip pain, numbness, cramps. Tingling, etc. The reason the hip pain is so severe is the muscles around the hip are very large, so the flare you have experienced is very painful. This sort of flare can make it even hard to walk or lift your leg up to climb steps.
If this is a new symptom for you, it's always best to check it out with your gp just in case it's something unrelated to fibromyalgia.
I am so gneuinely sorry to read of your new symptoms my friend. I usually say to members that if a symptom is new or becomes persistent it is best to get it checked out just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
