Hi All! Sun Style Tai Chi

It is a long while since I have posted on here. Sun Style Style Tai Chi Has helped me enormously over the past couple of years. Sun Style is for health and it is so gentle and moves all your muscles without you realising it. We have two brilliant Instructors who run 9 classes in a wide area from Bridgend to Neath in South Wales. It will help you believe me. I can't walk distances so when my GP said about exercise for Fibromyalgia I thought In your dreams. I went to a class in Skewen and thought never in a million years will I be able to do this such was the stiffness and pain in my thigh muscles at that time. Now it when the class isn't running because of school holidays. If you do decide to give it a go please make sure the instructor is fully qualified. It corrects balance in the body so that the body and mind can heal itself. There is no illness it can't help. If you want to see the class in action look on Edited by Admin I can't remember the end and the instructors are Gilda and Haydn James. I hope it helps someone as it has helped me.
