Hello. I'm new here. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a year ago but have had it for well over 10 years just didn't know what was wrong. I found some helpful comments on here so thought I would join.

I have Fibro, too! I've been in terrible pain and in very light pain so I know what both are like. Stress sets mine off so I avoid stress like the dickens. There's always hope because mine went from very bad to very good. I hope you aren't hurting too much tonight. You'll find plenty of help here and people who understand you and good ideas and suggestions. Glad to see you and I hope to see you again!
