Hi Doughnut1963 I've had it for about 30 yrs now, I have Polymyagia Rhuematica as well, which is very painful too. (Like Arthritis) I've also got degenerative nerve damage in my back and feet. I don't like this cold weather, I always feel worse.

Are you meaning fibromyalgia when you say Fibro because you have put Fibrosis ? I wondered if you meant to put that or was it predictive text ?.
