Hi marigold191 I'm sorry you are having a bad time with your benefits, it's never been easy my friend. Have you had any advise because the site has its own benefits adviser, "Janet" healthunlocked.com/fibromya...

You can also get a lot of help from CAB they will tell you what you need to do for the best result. It's not so much your diagnosis but more how it effects you, it has to be very detailed with lots of medical evidence to back up what you are saying.

I do wish you well and hope it can get sorted out for you very soon. I know how stressful it can be, I have been in this position myself yrs ago.

Peace, luv n light

Hi marigold191 I'm sorry to hear this how terrible for you.My husband lost esa around 3 years ago and went to a tribunal and he had a assessment rate whilst waiting (which was a long time) but I did hear recently that they don't do it no more and you have to claim job seekers which I don't understand because your trying to get esa because your unfit to work but if you claim job seekers it shows your fit for work so I just don't get it!!! There's lots of people here who can give you advice.

Hi marigold191

It does seem back to front doesn't it.

I would certainly go to the Citizens Advice and also give your local council Welfare Benefits Officer a ring too.

If you have been receiving Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax relief be sure to keep them informed in case there is a delay.

Hope you manage to get it sorted out quickly.

Hi marigold191

Have you taken some professional advice about this, from somewhere like the CAB?

If not, I think it would be a good idea for you to make an appointment and go and see someone from the CAB and discuss it with them.

The whole systems seems to be changing day by day!

Wishing you much peace

Hi marigold191

I really am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and as the others have written I would get some professional advice about this as it seems grossly unfair. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck my friend and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you
