In so much pain today, done nothing but cry all afternoon. Just had a hot bath and meds, seems like this I will never have a pain free day. Nearly 12 months since I have not had a pain free day. :( Does anyone else have crying days and don't know why they are crying? xx

so sorry you are in so much pain. I have days where i just cry, i think things just build and an emotional release is inevitable. I spent christmas day in tears, just started crying at dinner and couldnt stop. I never know why the tears are triggered but maybe through tiredness and frustration.

Go with your emotions, i feel it is natures way of releasing the stress that builds x x x x x

Hi Alison,

Big gentle hugs. Yes.. there are days where I am super emotional. Remember... the constant pain you are going through has got to get to you at some point right? So its good to cry it out. Let it all come out. I totally understand about not having a pain free day... I cannot remember having no pain. Its been constant for so long now.. years and years. Just differs in how much.

Allow yourself these days. I really think its normal to get it out emotionally.. tears are good ok.

Much love to you

My GP has just given me double the amount of Amitriptyline, 20mgs and my night time pain has got better, well more manageable and has also helped my Restless Leg Syndrome also. So double help.

I can cry for no reason, I can still for hours in bed awake, so we have a spare room for me, if that's not enough, I come down on the computer until all hours.

Still get terrible fogs though, confusion, got 3 grand kids, 2 girls, 1 boy, call them all different names until one answers me lol
