Hi Sally certainly stress must be a factor, sorry to hear about your Nan. perhaps you could see your doctor to ask about councilng, I'm going to have some soon my doctor recommended it. I really would not be able to say what it is. But what you are going through is no small thing. Doctor could possibly have a chat with you how he could help. xxyou sound like you need some support, apart from the support on hear.xx

Hi sallyb40 first I would like to welcome you to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.

It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we all are.

I'm sorry you are in pain at the moment and strongly advise you to see your GP. Stress is a massive factor in bringing on a full blown fibro flare and it sounds like this is probably what's happening for you now, It sounds like you have had a real bad time recently and its not surprising you are in pain, physically and mentally my friend.

There are many various medications prescribed for fibromyalgia and it sounds like you would benefit from these.

Please do go look at the mother site where you will find all the information you need and lots of useful links on Fibro and I look forward to chatting to you on the forum.

Hi sallyb40

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so genuinely sorry to read of how you are suffering and struggling and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck my friend. Please remember with any new or persistent symptoms it is always best to talk to your doctor just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
