Hi mason- if you can go to a famous M&S store their ladies are fabulous at fitting and choosing correct bras for ladies all shapes and sizes. I.ve had similar problems because I lunge forward my bras tend to dig into my hiatus just underneath, I,ve got one good brand was shown how to adjust and put one on so that things "stay put" as much as possible.

from memory mason M&S have a measuring guide on their web sight that will show you how to get cup and bra seize correctly and then advise on stock available, a purchase can be home delivered.

Hi mason

Have you ever tried MandCo? They sell bras that are not under wired and you just pull on over your head so there are no clasps at all.

They don't give the greatest support but they are extremely comfortable - which to my mind is the main thing.

You can order online so it doesn't matter if you don't have a store near you.

Wishing you much peace

I think m & Co used to be called mackays? Love their stuff. I get similar pull on bras from b&m. Again they don't give great support but are so comfy and elasticated so no hooks or wires. The only sore bit is pulling them on and off as the top if my back is always tender to the touch. X

Yes I agree. Sometimes it takes all my energy to pull it over my head! Still, they are very comfortable :) xx

I have a pull on bra and it is really comfortable. It is fine to wear around the house but no good going out as it has no support. Being a larger busted lady, my boobs would not stay put!

A subject dear to my heart but not to my bosum. Haven't been able to wear one in nearly 7 years. Trouble us I have costo chondritis and also the skin around that area is particularly tender. I have literally tried every one known to womankind. Had expert fittings and they all ended back at the store after sometimes less than half an hour. Tried pull on ones even the very soft kinds and have literally picked all around the bottom band so in the summer if I gave to go somewhere special I can wear them in agony for an hour or two and have regretted it for probably the next two weeks. I have a multitude of vests but some days even those make my skin tender, grhh. I am glad I am reasonably small breasted. Hope you are successful in getting one that fits.x

Hey there I've got to the point of not wearing one at home, at first I felt like a right old skank but it's more comfortable & I live alone so what the heck. My poor mum would be turning in her grave haha take Care

I have found Debenhams do two bras that are reasonably comfortable, they are both non-wired. One style comes in a pack of two and the other one is the non wired mastectomy bra which is lovely and comfortable. The shape is not too bad and good underneath t shirts as they are slightly padded. I know it is a problem and I love flinging my bra off as soon as I get home, don't tell anybody will you!!

Hi Mason

I have the same probs the wire ones dig in underneath my boobs so I wear non wired ones - it's hard for me at the mo as I am losing weight - so I don't want to pay too much out on new bras until I'm at my weight. I've looked at the site mentioned not heard of it before - only downside to it is that it doesn't give prices - have also looked in Marksies and neither have my size at the minute so will just have to wait good to know the info though so thanks. Take care 🤗🤗🤗😘😘😘

Yeah Lu knowing me it's probably not the right one so could you please - even though it looks like they don't do my size at present - would still like to browse for when I lose some more weight and the size I want will be there.

Hope you are keeping well take care 😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗

I have this week been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. For the last 8 yrs have suffered with degenerative discs, bulging discs, trapped nerves & osteoarthritis, been going to a pain clinic and telling them how all my bones feel sore and tender to touch. I have recently moved from North Wales upto Fife in Scotland and had my first appointment with pain clinic, who straight away diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. Reading up on it im thinking"this is me, why hasn't it been picked up on before now!"

Was reading all the posts about bras (so funny). Being on the bigger busted side i know where your all coming from, i hate bras.... used to love shopping for bras, nice pretty underwired bras... now im into comfortable elasticated ones also elastic waist trousers & skirts or leggings 😔. Feel like an old granny ha ha. My husband will say " didnt think you were that size" i reply " im not, but these are more comfy & don't make my bones sore". I found the genie bras are so comfortable ( if you can get them) they still give you good support and look quite pretty with the lace... even then though its wonderful to throw them off when your indoors.... go through more pyjamas than clothes these days. Anyway sorry for going on, gentle hugs to all.
