Hello my friends,not been on for a while sorry I'm still waiting for the DWP update on my PIP . I have received a letter from ESA now I'm in the support group saying that they are going to take 62 pounds a week from my ESA because of an over payment. The over payment happened years ago and I was taken to court the judge said I would have to pay it back at the rate of seven pounds a week.this was my fault as I was getting a private pension and I didn't think I had to tell them. The amount they want to take is terrible having lost my PIP I have now to pay my rent and all bills. I have phoned them and they told me that I have to wait for up to three weeks for a decision.i have also made an appeal against my PIP decision. I will let you all know how I get on.

Esa are hopeless still waiting for them to decide what group to put me in almost 8 months but told they only back pay up to 14 wks so that's one way to stop them paying what they owe you. But way different when it's the other way round x
