Vibro Plate Excercise

I am looking into using a vibro plate as an aid for some fibro symptoms. Has anyone had any experience with them? There have been studies done in which apparently good results obtained. Will try and report back. Hugs to all xxx

Pase check with your GP or a physiotherapist before you use one of these machines and don't believe all the blurb.

Hi i have a virbro plate brought it to try with weight contral, had no problems with it,its easy and quick to use,did not know it could help with fibro problems so bonus.

Our next door neighbour is a fitness instructor and he has a super duper all singing, all dancing professional version (cost thousands £s), which is really good for exercising muscles without the aerobic effort.

However, as Maggiefloss says I would check with your GP or physio first before using one. Our neighbour says if you get one of the cheap ones that just vibrates (basically just wobbles from side to side) then it can actually cause you more pain in your joints. What you need is the more expensive ones that oscillate as well.

Do you know any one that has one or do you have access to a gym where you could try one first before you spend your money.?

If you do get one I hope it does you good.
