Re..neck pain headache tight muscle pain in the head.

Hi all

Yes I'm moaning again..so today I awake beautifully.I think yes I'll get a break today I was so excited .Within 3 hours boom headache in right side of face/ tmj I hope.tension in the neck and just feeling aweful all in the head.never had an all day headache before..crazy..it's really scary with all the strange sudden pains we get..gotta love fibro..then the stomach pain now starts..when the snow fell 2 days ago I thought oh no...it's gonna start with a flare up right about now.. Next day full blown..can't sleep of course and fighting acid reflux now too..another thing I hate is when the muscles in your upper chest get irritated then you start to sweat..brutal

Hopefully finished by tomorrow.Take care all ..Any tricks please don't be shy to share

Hi Sweetdreams, Fibro really takes its toll on us but the neck and headache ?? 😖 I know what your saying . It just drags us down and as you say the sudden pains , my hands and fingers are starting to play up these days and I think oh no not something else, also stomach pain it's all very weird. I'm sorry your day is ruined can you not try and have a nap and see if that will ease your head, neck. What about some heat of some sort on your shoulders, shower, warm bath. Where are you from ? Just wondering with you saying the snow brrr that certainly won't help. I hope that you ease up as the day goes on.

Yes I've been napping all day ..?? Well resting not necessarily sleeping.

I'm from Canada and the pain is still going and it's 2:48 am.I've been using my tens machine all day & bathed in Epsom salts of course.and topped It offwith what I believe a relaxing magic bag full of heat.

My neck actually. Feels like somebody squeezed it at the nape and there's a knot that I believe to be causing the problem.?? I'm gonna get it checked out though.better safe than sorry.

I hope you are doing as well as can be expected.Do you suffer from this also..??.I'm guessing yes since you said you know what I mean.Gentle hugs Robbie.

Yes I suffer from it, I also don't get much sleep which is a curse, it's awful when your alone in the night and in pain, it's lucky I suppose we have this site to come too, always someone around. I do hope you manage to get some sleep and it eases up for you to waken up too. I'm from Bonnie Scotland but it's miserable just now raining damp and cold but no snow yet, which is a bonus lol and it's 10:30 am here. Take care and gentle hugs.
